Order Delivery & Pickup Options
American Mattress Company delivers truckloads within a 200 mile radius. Partial loads are subject to a minimum of 12 pieces. Larger loads will be contracted out and arranged for delivery for you. Pickups at the factory will be welcomed with a three day notice.
Order Capacity
At American Mattress Company, we deliver in a 24' International Freightliner. We don't want our dealers having to spend half a day unloading a 53' tractor trailer. As a result of this, we offer three day turn around on all orders. We find this typically works best for retailers. Monday orders are typically delivered on Thursday, and orders received by Friday at end of business are generally delivered on Wednesdays. We don't charge fuel surcharges, and since we operate on a C.O.D. basis only, we keep administrative expenses to a bare minimum. American Mattress Company does not participate in in-house factoring, but will be glad to take payment from any factoring company your firm might work with.
Certificate of Compliance
All Certificates of Compliance will be delivered with the bill of lading upon delivery of your product.
Quality Control
We know this is a big deal to our vendors. As a result of this, all trucks are floor padded with cardboard, and we bag all our premium products in heavy 4 mil plastic. We time seal our products as opposed to taping or ironing, and this gives you a much richer presentation. Our driver will certainly assist with unload of product.
